MAKING PROCESS

Grapes are harvested in the second/third week of September.after the selection and collection, grapes are initiated to cold maceration. The pure fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 14° C for a long period of time

TASTING

Color: pale straw yellow with green reflections.. Perfume: Harmonious, fruity, pleasant, sour. It offers a rich bouquet of intense and persistent aromas characterized by delicate floral notes. The palate is dry, fresh, fruity and persistent.
